Can I upload a pet other than a dog or cat?

Yes. Walter With Me is made for every pet people love — not just dogs and cats. You can upload a photo of a bird, rabbit, horse, reptile, guinea pig, or any pet who means something to you.

What makes a good pet photo?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is easy to see. Photos taken from the front or at a slight angle usually work best. Try to avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or far-away photos. If we need a better image, we’ll reach out before making your keepsake.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Each piece is custom-made, so please allow 7-10 business days for your keepsake to be created before it ships. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
